In this teaching, we explore key facts to unlock the prophetic dimension:
- God works through divine order and one key instrument in that divine order is the prophetic voice.
God does not operate in confusion; He establishes order. The prophetic voice is a channel to declare God’s mind and align His people with His plan.
📖 Amos 3:7, Hosea 12:13 - Who is a prophet?
A prophet is chosen and anointed by God to deliver His message to a person, a group, or a nation at a specific time. They are God’s messengers, carrying His burden and not their own opinion.
📖 Jeremiah 1:9, 2 Samuel 12 - The prophetic ministry must communicate the heart of God to his people.
True prophecy reveals God’s love, mercy, correction, and direction. It should bring people closer to God, not to the prophet.
📖 Revelation 19:10, John 16:13-14 - The ministry of a prophet must aim at perfecting and edifying the body of Christ.
Prophecy strengthens, encourages, and comforts believers. Its goal is growth, maturity, and unity in the faith.
📖 Ephesians 4:13, 1 Corinthians 14:3 - Discernment is necessary in the prophetic ministry.
Not every voice is from God. Discernment helps separate the flesh and falsehood from God’s pure voice, protecting the church from deception.

Prophets receive revelations in part and must depend fully on the Holy Spirit. This limitation reminds us that God alone is all-knowing.
